Proper Mechanics and Approach for the Younger Player
Alan's specialty is teaching proper mechanics and approach to children ages 4 to 12 years of age. During these years a player's baseball foundation is laid. The details taught in a lesson separate Coach Chasak from most. Alan is a fundamentalist as far as mechanics, but believes that the mental side of baseball is even more important. Lessons are meant to be a source of information; not just repetition so we do talk and the kids do learn. Coach Chasak helps your player establish realistic goals for themselves. Alan's forte is to develop young pitchers; complete pitcher development including arm care.
Lessons for parents and coaches as well as players
Did you know that playing catch with your 4 year old the wrong way could actually hurt their baseball development? Let me educate you on the fundamentals of teaching a young player proper throwing, catching, and hitting technique. I love working with eager parents as much as kids!
