Coach Alan has it all! He coached my oldest son in baseball, and with his natural motivational leadership, he brought a drive out in my son that I had not seen before. He expects excellence every moment they are on that field, and instills, if they have truly tried their best, they have succeeded. He takes the time necessary to show the boys the skill, repeat it, show it again and then have them use it over and over again until it is clear.
